Located within the India Next Township, Lifestyle Homes is designed to deliver stately buildings defining a series of linked pedestrian greens.

The presence of the project is marked by the 19 storey tower flanking the main entrance from the Vatika India Next Township internal access road. Extending the axis of the central gateway, the length of the formal, tree lined boulevard is defined by groups of four storey row houses on either side. The boulevard gently bends to culminate in the Central Park, surrounded by a mix of adjoining eight storey midrise courtyard apartment blocks with embedded 16 storey towers on three of the park’s four edges. Architecturally defined by the surrounding buildings, the Central Park accommodates both active and passive recreational use.
