The 4-star resort hotel of 142 guestrooms is situated on a verdant hillside site of 1.5 acres in close proximity to Vagator Beach, Goa. This hotel is configured to create more direct access to landscaped gardens as well as sports and leisure facilities including swimming pool and fitness centre. As a low-rise structure, the hotel is designed as 4 distinct blocks to form and define open and green spaces while also to create a more intimate scale of a predominantly linear scheme.

The front of the hotel has the meeting room facility and lobby within an open loggia to frame the entry. This hotel also accommodates a 200 plus meeting / catering centre as well as dining facilities, bar, kitchens and back of house services. Each guest room has a direct relationship to the gardens and pool with either private balconies or individual garden level terraces. Parking and service areas are provided within a basement.
