Bengal Intelligent Park

A multi building 500,000 square foot IT complex on six acres, BIP is the first international level work environment in the city. Studio u+a created the Master Plan with a central landscaped park as the focus for the site. The first building, designed by Studio u+a, set the standard for subsequent buildings. A corner entrance with a sculptural column leading to an internal atrium organizes the plan, while an appended oval element designates a special place for meeting rooms.
