  • High-end houses, farmhouses, and boutique residential projects

  • Strong design understanding & material knowledge

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate & integrate:

    • Structural (S)

    • Mechanical (M)

    • Electrical (E)

    • Plumbing (P)

    • Life Safety (LS)

    • Interior Design (ID)

  • Prepare full construction drawing sets

Personal Skills

  • Strong English communication

  • Good presentation skills

Software Skills

✔ AutoCAD
✔ SketchUp
✔ Rhino
✔ MS Office
✔ Lumion / Enscape

Bonus (Not Mandatory):
 3D Studio, Photoshop, Advanced Presentation Skills
